Councils

England: Parish Council

England deals with problems very systematically within parish councillors stationed in appropriate areas. They are positioned at the same place every time.

Councillors all live in the same town or village and therefore report back on problems or troubles that they see or hear about that effect the whole community.

Clerk's are employed by the Parish to keep order in the council and put forward other areas such as finance and building blueprints that the others comment on. This benefits a lot of other people other than the Parish Council.

A chairman is a councillor who is well respected and liked by other councillors and therefore his/her word is very important towards big decisions such as a new playground.

There are also six chairs laid out for members of the public to view what is going on and like to put forward other problems the Parish have not looked at on the agenda.
